We look after them; we answer their calls and help in any way we can – we want our site personnel to feel like part of the team, to feel valued and to do the best they can while working with Sheridan Construction Associates.
Our labour managers keep in regular contact with the workforce, thanking them for their work, keeping them up to date with upcoming projects, timesheets and combating any issues that may arise.

Safety/Fatigue management
Safety is of paramount importance to us, before anyone steps foot on site our candidates watch and review our bespoke safety video and complete a questionnaire that encompasses every aspect of their wellbeing at work. We are also 100% committed to fatigue management and pay very close attention to the hours worked on site to ensure that no one is at risk.

No nonsense
We pride ourselves on our straight to the point, honest and direct approach to the way we do business. Our rates are transparent and laid out in a way that you can see exactly what we charge and what the candidates get paid.
We all know this is a candidate short market; we know we won’t be able to fill every role with every company… all of the time. However, we will work our hardest to source that “perfect” candidate but if for any reason we can’t we are not too scared to pick up the phone and tell you, so you have time to look into other resources.
